IL Toscano Ristorante Italiano: A Taste of Authentic Italian Dining in Pembroke Pines

We dined at IL Toscano for the first time last night. The service was friendly, attentive and it was the best part of the dinning experience. Jessica was great. The food was not great and there was nothing that stood out with the salad or either entree we had. It was jut not very good Italian food. The atmosphere was louder than we expected as there was live music taking place. If you are looking for a quieter dinning experience this is not it. I would not recommend IL Toscano as there are better local options for Italian dinning.

The restaurant has a fresh and welcoming vibe. The staff is friendly nice and knowledgeable. It is a beautiful family business. The food was great and the staff did not let us suffer at all. Highly recommended.

Absolutely exceptional service. Beautiful intimate setting and Andres is so professional and fun! The drinks (Moscow Mule + Wine) were delicious. The Diablo seafood pasta was top tier. The ambiance is zen and fun. Thank you for a fabulous experience. The locals there make you feel at home. Can’t wait to go back and try more things from the menu and check out the live music on the weekends!

Love the place . The food was amazing .. the guy which I assume is the son of the owner super attentive, treated everyone like family . I was waiting for an opportunity to go and it was worth it. We both love the wine and the ambiance.

I was dying to try this place and finally did for your anniversary dinner. It was worth the wait. Amazing food!!! We started with the Crispy Spring which was absolutely delicious. I could easily go again and order 5 of those by itself, it was that good. After that we had the Penne Italiano and the Manicotti. The Penne Italiano is a definite must try. The ingredients were fresh and vibrant. The Manicotti was also great. The creaminess of the dish was perfect. There are sooo many other dishes that I want to try. The service staff was great and gave excellent advice. My only negative was the pictures of the wall and the TVs. The atmosphere of the place is nice enough without 100 pictures of the wall and the football game in the background.

First time eating here tonight and will definitely be back. Food was excellent, service with Veronica was perfect. She made great recommendations for dinner selections and wine. Mario is a great owner and gentleman.

IL Toscano Ristorante Italiano exceeded my expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and treated like family. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were attentive to every detail. The appetizers were a burst of flavor, each bite of the ceviche, burrata, and calamari was a delightful experience. While my white fish did have a few small bones, it didn't overshadow the overall dining experience. The entrees were generously portioned, and the fettuccine Alfredo was simply divine. And let's not forget the chicken parm - it's a definite must-try! Overall, IL Toscano Ristorante Italiano offers an unforgettable culinary journey with its delicious food and exceptional service. I can't wait to visit again and indulge in more of their tantalizing dishes. To top off there was live music featuring classics from Frank Sinatra and more, it added a touch of elegance and nostalgia to the evening. It truly elevated the atmosphere.

We came here to celebrate my great-grandmother’s 75th birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I ordered the Pollo Marsala, and the rest of our table enjoyed the Pollo Parmigiano and Spaghetti Bolognese. The portion sizes were perfect — the chicken dishes came with just the right amount of sides, and the pasta portions were easily enough for two. What really stood out to me was how generous they were with the sauce — rich, flavorful, and absolutely perfect for soaking up with the table bread. Just how I like it! The atmosphere was beautiful and cozy, with great music that added to the charm of the evening. We sat inside this time, but the outdoor seating area is just as nice — the vines climbing up the pillars and the overall layout of the restaurant are stunning. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the space. The service was excellent — warm and welcoming. A gentleman, who I believe may have been the owner, greeted us when we arrived and again as we were leaving. He even gave my son a couple of lollipops on the way out, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. Truly a memorable night for a very special occasion. We’ll definitely be coming back!
